Resilience fuels today’s export wins - but recognition can unlock tomorrow’s global growth. The HSBC Export Excellence Awards 2025 returns to honour the determination and achievements of Bangladesh’s exporters - enabling businesses to open up a world of opportunities beyond borders.
HSBC Bangladesh, in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce and the British High Commission Dhaka, is proud to reintroduce the Export Excellence Awards - recognising the innovation, resilience and impact of the country’s most forward looking exporters.
With support from KPMG Bangladesh as technical partner, applications will be evaluated through transparent process based on a clear set of judging criteria.
Award categories & eligibility
Export Excellence – Ready Made Garments (RMG)
Established manufacturers in the RMG sector contributing significantly to Bangladesh’s exports
Eligibility: Annual export revenue of USD 100 million and above
Export Excellence – Ready Made Garments Backward Linkage
Companies supplying critical materials and support to the RMG value chain.
Eligibility: Annual export revenue of USD 50 million and above
Export Excellence – Non-Traditional / Emerging (Manufacturing)
High-potential manufacturing sectors including agro-processing, light engineering and electronics.
Eligibility: Annual export revenue of USD 10 million and above
Export Excellence – Non-Traditional / Emerging (Services)
Service exporters in areas such as ICT, digital platforms, and creative industries
Eligibility: Annual export revenue of USD 5 million and above
