Ways to bank with Us

Ways to bank

In the current circumstances, we understand that you may not wish to, or be able to, visit a branch. There are, though, a number of other ways you can do your business banking without leaving your home.

Digital banking solutions

If you are now working virtually, or if conventional paper-based workflows are no longer possible, you can take advantage of HSBC’s digital tools, such as our HSBCnet platform and HSBCnet Mobile App.

HSBCnet – an easy to use internet banking interface that enables transaction applications, authorisation and account enquiries. Key features include:

  • Quick view of your balances
  • Outward payments
  • Approve multiple payments with no signing of paper instructions
  • Statements and track payments
  • DC issuance/amendments
  • Guarantee/SDC - application, amendment, cancellation and claim
  • Guarantee account information

HSBCnet Mobile – enable access to the following services on mobile devices, including:

  • Quick view of your balances
  • Trade authorisation available for import DC
  • Trade Tracker – track trade import functions
  • Approve multiple payments

eAdvice – instant email advices for all your Trade and Receivables Finance transactions.

We also understand there may be various challenges to provide transaction requests during this period and we have designed various possible alternatives. Please contact your Relationship Manager / Client Service Team should you need any support in this regard.
